We're tiny — just six units. Is this overkill?

Small schemes are exactly who we built this for. Six units still means levies, an AGM, insurance renewals and the occasional leaky roof. hellostrata keeps it all tidy for less than the cost of a single strata-manager phone call.

Do owners need to install anything?

No. Owners get an email with a link, click it, and they're in — on any phone or computer. No app, no password, no setup.

How does the bank reconciliation work?

Download a CSV from your bank, upload it, and hellostrata matches each transaction to the right levy by amount — with a preview screen and duplicate detection before anything is saved. You confirm, we record.

Are digital resolutions actually valid?

Strata legislation differs by state, and most Australian states now permit electronic voting for many resolution types. hellostrata gives you the mechanics — one vote per lot, a tamper-proof outcome PDF, a numbered register — but you should check your state's rules for which resolutions require a formal meeting. (This is general information, not legal advice.)

What happens to our data if we leave?

It's yours. Export your records at any time, and we'll help you take everything with you. No lock-in, no exit fees, no hostage data.

Where is our data stored?

In Australia — our servers and your documents live in Melbourne, and connections are encrypted end to end.

Why annual pricing? Can I pay monthly?

Committees budget annually at the AGM — annual billing maps onto how strata schemes already work. We quote annual as the real price; we don't offer monthly billing because twelve invoices a year for a $199 subscription isn't useful to anyone. Quarterly billing is available as an alternative if your committee prefers to match levy cadence.
